How to set up your water dispenser?
Elequatico features an electric pump that dispenses water effortlessly at the push of a button. The wooden top arrives fully assembled — just follow these simple steps before using it:
1. Charge the Pump.
- Fully charge the pump before first use.
- Use only the original (native) charger.
- Once fully charged, unplug the charger and do not leave it connected. Since the pump is battery-operated, this helps extend its lifespan.
2. Prepare the Water Tube.
- Trim the tube to the appropriate length.
- Ensure the tube hangs vertically in the water, without touching the bottom or sides of the bottle. This prevents blockages and allows water to flow smoothly.
3. Attach the Tube.
- Secure the water tube to the pump.
What size water bottles does Elequatico support?
Elequatico
is designed to work with standard 5-gallon water bottles, making it
compatible with most bottled water brands. But you can easily use 3-gallon water bottles too.
Where can I use Elequatico?
Elequatico is perfect for homes, offices, apartments, dorm rooms, and even commercial spaces. Its versatile design works not only as a functional water dispenser but also as a modern decor element.
You can also use it outdoors in good weather conditions. However, please do not leave it outside in rain, high humidity, or any harsh weather, as moisture can damage the electric pump.
What if my water dispenser is not turning on?
If your Elequatico pump is not working properly, please follow these steps:
1. Check the Charger
- Make sure you are using the original (native) charger to charge the pump.
2. Unplug After Charging
- Once the pump is fully charged, disconnect the charger. Leaving it plugged in can affect the battery’s performance over time.
3. Restart the Pump If the pump is charging (lights are blinking) but won’t turn on, restart it:
- Press and hold the left button for several seconds.
- All lights will blink at the same time, and then only one light (showing the selected amount) will remain on.
- You may need to repeat this process a few times.
- After restarting, try dispensing water again.
4. Still Not Working?
- If the pump still does not work after restarting, or if a non-original charger was used or left connected too long, the pump may be damaged.Please contact us to order a replacement pump.
What if the water flow is very slow?

What is your return policy?
We have a return policy in place. Once we receive the returned package, we will issue a refund via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Does Elequatico Water Dispenser come with a warranty?
Our dispensers come with a 3-month warranty. Any damaged or broken parts can be easily replaced.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
