We stand behind our products! If you experience any issues with replaceable parts, we are happy to assist with repairs.

Return Policy & Conditions

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, along with a 15% restocking fee.
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Any damage or missing components may result in a reduced refund.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in “like-new” condition. Once received and inspected, we will process the return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or special-order items
- Bulk/wholesale orders
- Open-box products
- Discounted items
